What payment methods are available?

We accept payments via PayPal Express Checkout and Credit Cards.

When will my order be charged?

Your order will be charged as soon as it is placed.

What if my payment is not working?

For PayPal Express Checkout payments, please note that Double Zero sets no limitations on the sources of funding available.
Please contact your credit card company or financial institution directly if you experience any problems.
For credit card payments, we can only confirm whether the charges were approved or denied.
Please contact your credit card company directly for more information to resolve the issue.

What currency will I be charged in?

United States Dollars.


Which carrier will my products be shipped with?

Parcels will be shipped via a US carrier.
Customers may not select their preferred courier.

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping is charged at $0~$34, depending on the destination. You will be able to confirm the total cost for shipping during checkout.

Can I specify a day for delivery?

We apologize, but we don't offer this service.

How can I change my delivery address?

Please log into "My Account" and add the new address to your address book, then notify the customer support via the following form to complete the change of address.
Please note that adding an address to your address book alone will not affect any open orders. 

When will my order reach me? Has my order been sent yet?

Delivery times vary depending on the ordered item and the destination.
Inventory purchases generally ship the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the package tracking number.

For pre-order products, please check the product details of the ordered item for the estimated shipping date.

Can multiple orders be combined?

Multiple orders can not be combined.

Why have I not received an order confirmation mail?

Please be sure to check your spam folder if you're using a free mailing system such as Gmail or Yahoo! Mail.


I have contacted customer support. Why have I still received no reply?

Questions and requests are replied to in the order received, thus replies may be delayed at times durings busy periods and non-business hours.

How can I change my profile information?

You can update your user profile information by logging in to 'MY PAGE'. If you wish to change the delivery address for an open order, please contact customer support directly.

Can I change the number of items I ordered?

After your order has been finalized, you can no longer change the number of items ordered.

How can I cancel my order?

Cancellation requests are not accepted. Once the purchase order is completed. the sale is final.

Can I purchase more than the individual purchase limit?

Please take note of the maximum number of each product available per customer. If you order more than this maximum purchase limit, your order will be cancelled.

Will product XXX be back in stock at any point in the future?

There are currently no plans to restock products that have sold out.

I seem to be having trouble ordering?

Please make sure you are using the latest version of Internet Explorer or Firefox. If you still experience problems, try disabling your security programs while you order.

Regarding Damaged Packaging

As packaging is designed for the purpose of protecting the product, claims in regards to damaged packages will not be accepted.
